Cancellation and Returns
For custom-made products, exchanges are allowed on the day of receipt if there are quality issues.
-Even for custom-made products, we do allow returns on the day of receipt due to quality issues. However, returns or refunds are not possible after the day of receipt confirmation.
- For custom-made products, if you encounter quality issues on the day of receipt, or if there are discrepancies in color, style, or other details compared to what you purchased, please contact us via LINE: @largm11, or send an email to carlosliang199@gmail.com. We will handle it immediately, and no additional fees will be incurred.
If the size, color, quantity, or any other details do not match what you ordered.
Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the product and return it via cash on delivery (COD).
- We will refund the product price (including consumption tax) for the affected items.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund amount will be reflected on the statement issued by your credit card company after the return of the product.
